Vanaras - Shipping Policy
Every product at Vanaras is thoughtfully handcrafted keeping in mind sustainability at every process. All products have a lead time of 7-8 days and will be shipped from our studio in Bangalore. Please note our manufacturing and logistics team do not work on Sundays & National Indian holidays. Since all the orders are processed manually, plan your order accordingly as we do not work on these days.
Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and another email once the order has been shipped.

Domestic shipping
- We charge a standard shipping of Rs. 200.
- We do priority shipping at an additional cost.
- Free shipping is offered on prepaid orders above Rs. 5000.

- You will receive an email once the order has been shipped.

Order cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at [email protected]
Exchange & Returns
- If the package you received is not as expected, in bad condition, if the package is tampered or damaged before delivery, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package, kindly return it to the delivery agent.
If the garment is of not the right size for you, we offer a different size at no additional cost where the pickup will be arranged for and a new size will be shipped to you.

- Please note that the product has to be returned in the way it was received and the merchandise should be returned in its original condition, tags and packaging included.
- Once our team has checked the merchandise, you will receive an email confirming that your exchange/return is accepted and then the refund will be initiated.
- Unfortunately, we do not extend our exchange/return/refund services to custom-made products and discounted items. Replacement is only applicable with the products of equal price value or more.
COVID Policy
Our team’s well being is our utmost priority.
We are making sure of following stringent guidelines to keeping the environment safe for working and handling the package. Our team members will work at minimum distance from one another, wear protective gloves, and practice all recommended measures of sanitisation.
We will make sure the order is delivered in the safest possible way.
Deliveries may take longer than usual.
lthough there are challenges, returning the products will be extended to within 15 days.
There may be delay in processing the return as we work with a smaller team.
The refund might take longer than usual but it will be done for sure.
